1		COMPANY BACKGROUND Africana Tours & Travel is a Ugandan registered Limited Liability company, which has specialized in Air Ticketing and Travel consultancy services. The company is boosting of a rich string of corporate clients who have contributed to a consistence growth of business through the years. Africana Tours is a member of both TUGATA and IATA an international air ticketing body. We are ranked number 4 IATA agent
2		COMPANY OWNERSHIP The subscribers to the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association are also its Directors who include;
	i	Mr. Dhanani Moezali (The Managing Director) has wide managerial experience he attained as a former Managing Director of a number of family businesses in Uganda and Canada. He is a widely experienced business man who has been in international business for the last forty years. He is a Canadian by nationality. Dhanani has widely traveled and traded in many countries including UK, Netherlands, Russia, South Africa, lndia, Malyasia, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Egypt and DRC Congo. The vast experience has translated into the successes story of Africana tours as a business
	ii	Ms. Salima Dhanani. (She is non-resident Director who is currently living in Canada) where she is running a successful business in education sector
	iii	Mrs. Firoza Dhanani. (She a Director and at the same time she is the company secretary) she has over thirty years of experience in tour and travel business.
		All the above directors are Canadians by Nationality but Mr. & Mrs. Dhanani were born in Uganda they had to leave the country together with their parents in 1972 during Asian expulsion from Uganda by then Amin's regime. Mr. & Mrs Dhanani returned to Uganda in 1992 which saw the birth of Africana Tours & Travel in 1994.
3		NATURE OF BUSINESS Africana Tours deals mainly in air ticketing, Hotel booking and reservations and travel consultancy
4		AIMS & OBJECTIVE We aim at offering all Ugandans and everybody who uses air transport attractive and affordable services and extend equal opportunities to all our customers in acquiring tickets and all necessary requirements for traveting on any airline of their choice, and we ensure convenience during your travel by keeping in touch with you all the time yo, are traveling. The company's objectives are to offer affordabte tailor made air transport services that satisfy our customers' needs.

	a	Experience:- The company was formed and is being managed by most experienced businessman Mr. Moezali B. Dhanani who has got over forty (40) years experience in business both locally and abroad especially in Canada.
